Professional Development

Maryland’s Professional Development Advisory Counsel (PDAC) recognizes the importance of professional development to improve public education. The council aims to standardize policies and programs and the local and state level. Currently, the PDAC is exploring state of the art professional development, including how teachers can manage time to complete the programs and developing college courses for professional development.
